FACET

 

The Family Addiction Center for Education and Treatment (FACET) has been operating since 1978. We operate under the BAART Programs’ contiuum of care that includes opioid treatment programs, behavioral health services and primary medical care. FACET provides services to pregnant and post-partum women


Goals:

The goal of FACET is to help each patient achieve an independent, productive and self-fulfilling life by providing quality, individualized opioid treatment sensitive to the needs of pregnant women.

Accreditation:

FACET is supported in part by county and state funds and is licensed by the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs. FACET has received a three-year accreditation by CARF-the Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Evidence of opiate addiction
• Evidence of pregnacy
• Have photo identification
• Agreement to adhere to program rules
• At least 18 years of age
